- All orders are made-to-order or prepared from stock materials. Descriptions, images, and colors are shown as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the products.
- By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (shipping address, contact details, etc.) is accurate and complete.

- All prices are shown in USD and include VAT/taxes where applicable at the time of checkout.
- We accept payments through Shopify Payments and other secure gateways.
- Payment is charged at the time of order confirmation.

-Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees (except for shipments to the USA, where we cover them under DDP terms) are the responsibility of the customer.

- Custom-made and made-to-order items can only be returned in case of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
