Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 14 to 21 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, exchange, or refund.

What can be returned

- Materials and supplies (yarn, isolon, crepe paper, fabrics, accessories, etc.) — can be returned if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Custom-made items (life-size flowers, hemp bed linen, knitted clothing, blankets, plush toys, and other made-to-order products) — returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or if the item does not match the approved description/sample.

What cannot be returned

- Items that have been used, washed, cut, or altered..

- Custom orders where production has already started or been completed according to your specifications (unless defective).

- Sale items (final sale).

Process for return or exchange

1. Contact us within 14–21 days after receiving the order by email: fuzzyroomltd@gmail.com
2. Provide your order number and photos of the item (especially if there is a defect or damage).
3. We will review your request and reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:
- Process a full refund (minus original shipping cost) if everything is in order, or
- Issue a replacement at no extra cost (if the item is defective or damaged through no fault of yours), or
- Offer partial compensation (refund for the damaged/lost part of the order) in case of partial loss or damage during delivery.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the return.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or a part of the order is missing/lost during shipping:

-Take photos of the packaging and items immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us right away.
- We will arrange a partial or full refund or send a replacement as quickly as possible. In many cases we can resolve this without requiring you to return the damaged goods.

Important Notes

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you received a discount or used a promo code, the refund will be calculated based on the actual amount paid.
- We do not accept returns sent without prior approval.
