Most products are made-to-order.
- Materials and supplies (yarn, isolon, crepe paper, fabrics, accessories)
— 3–5 business days.
- Custom handmade items (life-size flowers, hemp bed linen, knitted clothing, blankets, plush toys etc.) — 7–14 business days.
If your order contains both types of items, the total processing time will be based on the longest one. We will notify you if there is any delay.

Yes! We love custom orders. Just message us before or after placing the order with your requirements. We will confirm the details and price..

Total time = processing time + transit time.
- Standard postal shipping: 14–25 days on average (up to 30–40 days during holidays).
- Express shipping (FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS): 5–15 business days depending on the carrier and destination.

Yes, we ship to more than 190 countries. Availability and rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

- For the USA — we pay all duties and taxes.
- For other countries — any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country’s rules before ordering.

You have 14–21 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Materials can be returned if unused and in original packaging.
-Custom-made items are accepted only in case of manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.
Original shipping cost is non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
