How to finish the order
After you have added to your cart everything you wish to order -
1. Select the cart icon in the top corner you will see the contet of your order. Here you can increase or decrease some products or you can remove them from your order.
2. Click "Finalize order" and the website will transfer you to the check-out page where you can add your shipping and payment details:
Up next are Name and Surname, phone and email, - without them we cannot send the order .
* Be sure to use only latin characters
Country- select your country from the drop-down menu and shipping options will be displayed.
If you choose a different payment method, we offer payment options: we can offer you the following payment methods:
- Payment through the Pay Pal system,
- One-click payment ApplePay / GooglePay
- Credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex);
- Transfer SWIFT possible.
- Transfer money through Western Union.

If you have placed your order before December 31st, 2019 the following rules apply. All orders starting February 1st, 2019 are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to the shutdown of our warehouse and production facilities in Ukraine.
If you have placed your order after January 1st, 2020 the following rules apply. We only accept returns for unused items. Please contact us via email, receive confirmation of return possibility, send us your purchase and provide us with the tracking number. Returns are dealt with on a case by case basis.
Any return and refund must be claimed within 14 days from the date of receiving of item. Please note: shipping costs are not refunded.
The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging along with all the materials received with the items (bags, wrapping, catalogue, etc.) The items must be unharmed, not worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. If the item does not fit these requirements it will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
Some orders (depending on a receiving country) may be subject to import taxes and duties. Customs fees are not included in the price of delivery. Buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees according to local legislation. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
We are giving dimensions in both cm and inch - please check them carefully before placing an order.
As each item is handmade, the item measurements can differ by a +/- 2 inches.
If the status shows as 'delivered', but you can't locate your package, please check all locations where the package could have been placed (including the back door, porch, back patio, garage, and any other area out of potential weather hazards). Please, check with anyone who might have retrieved the package, including your family, roommates and neighbors. If you still can't locate it, please let us know. We will ask the delivery company to start an official investigation.
Please, keep in mind that package theft is unfortunately not covered by shipping insurance. Once the delivery company confirms the correct GPS coordinates for the package delivery, you will need to file a stolen property claim with your local police department.

Depending on the country, delivery may vary from 1 week to 4 weeks.
If you do not receive the parcel within 30 days of sending, please contact us and we will help you find the parcel.
We deliver to the USA and Canada as well as to the EU countries using the EMS Express mail courier. Delivery time from 10 to 14 business days
Orders are usually processed in 1-2 business days (1 weeks during the sales) unless stated otherwise in the item’s description.
