Izolon (Foam)
Isolon stretches well and does not tear. When stretched, waves form that adorn the petals and make them natural.
It is recommended to connect different parts of the flower with a stapler, hot glue or thread.
For voluminous and large flowers, an isolon with a thickness of 2-3 mm is used. If you take it thinner, the petals will not hold their shape. Very thin material suitable for palm-sized buds.

If we talk about almost identical colors, the difference between isolon and fom is small. However, the first material is slightly glaring, which is characteristic of glossy surfaces. Because of this, in the bright sun, the finished flowers will look a little different.In addition, on sale you can find foamiran with a thickness of 0.5 mm, while isolon thinner than 1 mm simply does not exist.
A small thickness is an advantage that allows you to create truly realistic products, but you must take into account that a thin soft material holds its shape worse. For beginners, it is best to choose a thickness of 1 mm for small works and 2 mm for growth compositions.
